Common Name The Oblong Pterostylis - In Australia The Coastal Maroonhead
Flower Size .49 to .75" [1.4 to 1.7 cm]
Found in New South Wales Australia in coastal forests at elevations of 5 to 100 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with a basal, rosette of dark green, smooth to crinkled leaves that blooms in the Australian winter with an erect, 3.2 to 8.8" [8 to 22 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
