This medium sized, cool to warm growing epiphyte found in Papua and New Guinea in lowland and montane forests at elevations of 800 to 1800 meters with oblong pseudobulbs carrying 2 apical, subcoriaceous, linear leaves that blooms in the winter and late spring on a basal, arcuate to pendant, paniculate, many flowered inflorescence.
