Common Name Portilla's Sarcoglottis [Ecuadorian Orchid Nurseryman current]

Found in Ecuador as a small sized, cool to warm growing terrestrial with a basal rosette of green leaves with silver to whitish spots spread over the surface of the leaf and blooms on an erect, to 24" [60 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence carrying pleasingly fragrant flowers.
