Common Name The Folded Scaphosepalum

Flower Size

A creeping epiphyte Found in Guyana, Venezuela and Colombia that blooms in the spring on a lateral, 2.4 to 18" [6 to 45 cm] long, racemose, few flowered inflorescence with the non-resupinate flowers opening in succession. Cited as a synonm of Scaphosepalum verrucosum but I will leave it separate pending more information.
