Common Name Peter Veitch's Spathoglottis [English Nurseryman in 1800's]

Flower Size

Found in New Caledonia and Vanuatu on open grassy slopes and periodicly burnt hillsides at elevations around 700 meters as a large sized, warm growing terrestrial with ovoid tpo globose pseduobulbs carrying 3 or so, plicare, erect, elliptic, acute leaves taht blooms on an erect, glabreous, to 36" [to 85 cm] long, 6 to 20 flowered inflorescence
