Found in Loretto Peru as a small sized epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic-ligulate, obtuse, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on 1 to 2, floriferous to the base inflorescence.
