Found in New Guinea at elevations around 300 to 600 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte without leaves that blooms in the fall and late spring on more than 1, thin, distichous, .08 to .12" [2 to 3 mm] long, densely successively 6 to 10 flowered inflorescence with minutely triangular floral bracts.

Schlechter stated that the flowers are white-yellow.
