Found in New Guinea on trees in forests at elevations around 800 meters as a super-mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with no stem and carrying about 4, erect-patent, elliptic, apiculate leaves that blooms in the winter on a flexuous, more than twice as long as the leaves, .6 to .8" [1.5 to 2 cm] long, sublaxly few to several flowered inflorescence with deltoid, acute floral bracts.

Schlechter stated that the flowers were yellow green.
