Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Peru in cold wet montane cloud forests at elevations around 3000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with a very short stem enveloped by leaf sheaths carrying oblanceolate, acute, gradually narrowing below into the base leaves that blooms at most any time of the year on an axillary, 1.6 to 2.8" [3.5 to 7 cm] long, racemose, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence with ovate-lanceolate, carinate, acute floral bracts.
