Common Name Elizabeth Karste's Telipogon [ Ecuadorian Wife of the Author current]

Found in Azuay province of Ecuador at elevations around 2700 to 3100 meters as a large sized, cold growing, caulescent terrestrial with an elongate stem branching below the inflorescence giving rise to small flattened pseudobulbs enveloped by 2 to 3 leaves and carrying a single, apical, thick, triangular-ovate, mucronulate, carinate below, margins revoluate leaves that blooms , on an apical, elongate, to 4" [10 cm] long, terete, successively few flowered inflorescence with ovate, naot carinate floral bracts.
