Flower Size 1 to 1.4" [2.5 to 3.5 cm]

Found in southwest Western Australia at elevations of 50 to 200 meters in open forests and heathlands as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, purplish base erect, broad, lobed, spirally twisted leaf that blooms in the winter on an erect, 8 to 14" [15 to 35 cm] long, wiry, 1 to 7 flowered inflorescence.
