Found in Sulawesi in mossy forests on ridgetop trees on twigs at elevations around 1200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with an erect, short, stout stem carrying thick, linear, keeled apically, unequally bilobed leaves that blooms in the fall and again in the spring on 1 to a few, 1.6" [4 cm] long, rachis long, bract covered, successively single, to 20 flowered inflorescence.
