Fragrance Part Shade Hot Warm Spring

Common Name The Twisted Thrixspermum

Flower Size 6.8" [17 cm]

Found in Sumatra, Java and Borneo in open scrub on rocks or on small trees at elevations around 500 meters as large to giant sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte or lithophyte with a long, climbing stem carrying oblong, broad, sessile, obtuse, unequally bilobed apically with a short tooth in between leaves that blooms in the spring on a much longer than the leaf, 5.6 to 7" [14 to 17.5 cm] long, becoming flattened, many flowered inflorescence and carrying ephemeral, fragrant flowers.
