Found in southwestern India in hot lowlamds at elevations around 100 metres as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing terrestrial with .8” [2 cm] between each globose pseudobulb carrying a single, apical lanceolate-elliptic, acute leaf that blooms in the later winter and early spring on a basal, short to .4” [1 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
