Common Name The Small Flowered Trichoceros
Flower Size under 1 1/4" [2.5 to 3 cm]
Found from Colombia to Bolivia at elevations of 1800 to 3000 meters on steep mossy slopes in misty cloud forests and is said to be synomonous with T. antennifera. It is a cool to cold growing epiphyte that blooms on a 12 to 16" [30 to 40 cm] long inflorescence occuring in the spring through the winter.
