Common Name The Papua Trichoglottis

Flower Size 1/2" [1.3 cm]

A tall, hot to warm growing monopodial epiphyte found in Papua and New Guinea at elevations of sealevel to 800 meters on tree trunks and high in large trees of rainforest and coastal forest where it blooms in the fall on an axillary, 1" [2.5 cm] long, sub-sessile, 2 to 4 flowered inflorescence with the wide-open, fleshy flowers held on the stem.
