Common Name The Naked Vrydagzynea [probably refers to the see through spur]- In China Er Wei Lan - Spurred Ladies Tresses

Found in Borneo, Java, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Hainan China and Taiwan in damp forests on sandstone or on rocky cliffs in leaf litter at elevations around 300 to 1300 meters as a miniature sized, hot to coolgrowing terrestrial with a short stem carrying at blooming 3 large leaves and several smaller ones, all ovate, apiculate leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, elongating as the flowers open, to 5.6" [14 cm] long, to 10 flowered inflorescence.
