Common Name The Timbio Warczewiczella [A town in Cauca State of Colombia]

Flower Size 2 1/2" [6.25 cm]

Found in Colombia in wet, cool forests at elevations around 1700 meters as a medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with oblong-obovate, acute, becoming conduplicate basally leaves that are held in a loose fan that blooms in the spring and summer on an axillary, 6" [15 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with 5 infundibuliform bracts. A very rare and newly discovered orchid that was never described as Cochleanthes timbiensis.
