Common Name The African Zeuxine
Flower Size .12" [3 mm] long
Found in Nigeria, Angola, Botswana and Natal South Africa as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with erect, basally creeping, pinkish white stems with a few reduced basal sheaths and carrying numerous, imbricate, erect, linear-lorate, acute leaves grading above into sheaths that blooms in the winter on an erect, cylindrical, 6" [15 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence carrying imbricate, white flowers with a yellow lip. .
