Found in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu in dense forests at elevations of 150 to 750 meters as a small to medium sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with shiny green, lanceolate, acute leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, sparsely hairy, laxly many flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acuminate floral bracts.
