Common Name The Erima Zeuxine [A bay and town in Papua New Guinea]

Found in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands at elevations around 10 to 1000 meters as a small to medium sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with a creeping rhizome giving rise to an erect, succulent, leafy stem carrying 3 to 6, scattered, obliquely ovate, acute, light green, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the winter on a terminal, erect, 10 to 16" [25 to 40 cm] long, pubescent, rachis 2 to 6" [ 5 to 15 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with creamy green and pubescent externally and creamy white internally flowers.
