Found in the Cundinamarca Colombia in mosses at elevations around 1800 to 2000 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with an erect, ramicaul enbveloped by 2 funnel-shaped, brown sheaths with oblique ostia carrying an erect, coriaceous, light green, elliptic, obtuse, biapiculate, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late summer and early fall on fasciculate to 3, successively single or simultaneously single flowered inflorescence.
