Common Name or Meaning The Graceful Herminiaum
Flower Size 1/8" [3 mm]
Found in the eastern Himalayas and Guizhou, Qinghai and Shaanxi provinces of China in alpine forests and damp alpine grasslands at elevations of 1600 to 3900 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial or lithophyte with a fusiform tuber giving rise to an erect stem with a few basal sheaths and carrying a single, ovate, obtuse, petiolate base leaf and blooms in the summer on an erect, slender, naked, 4 to 6" [10 to 15 cm] long, scattered, few flowered inflorescence
