Found in Nigeria, Cameroon and Gabon in forests near waterfalls as a medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with a pendant, straight to curved somewhat 2 edged stem enveloped by distichous leaf-bearing sheaths and carrying 2 ranked, broadly elliptic-oblong to elliptic-lanceolate, bluntly bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the fall on an axillary, along the stem, opposite a leaf, single flowered inflorescence
