Found in Madagascar in moss and lichen covered forests at elevations of 1200 meters as a cool growing epiphyte with an elongate stem carrying well spaced, all along the stem, 2 ranked, linear to linear-lanceolate, apically short pointed lobe leaves that blooms on an axillary, single flowered inflorescence.
