Common Name or Meaning The Beaked Appendicula

Flower Size .25" [7 to 7.3mm]

Found in Borneo in hill and lower montane forests at elevations of 300 to 1500 meters as a small to medium sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with small to medium sized epiphyte with branching, erect, leafy stems enveloped completely by imbricating leaf bearing sheaths carrying, slightly curved, thin, coriaceous, mid-nerve prominent beneath, linear-ligulate to linear-oblong, unequally obtusely bilobulate and mucronate, somewhat basally twisted leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on a terminal, fractiflex, .22" to .4" [.6 to 1 cm] long, 6 to 7 flowered inflorescence with ovate, acute, concave, adpressed, imbricate, semi-pellucid, greenish white floral bracts that are almost as long but not equaling the flowers in length
