Found in Sarawak Borneo and the Philippines? in mossy lowlands and hill forests at elevations of 100 to 1500 meters as a hot to cool growing epiphyte with simple, pendulous, flattened stems carrying oblong, thin, acute leaves that blooms in the fall, winter and spring on a termial to lateral near the apex, racemose, many flowered inflorescence with oblong-lanceolate, membraneous bracts.
