Common Name The Spurred Biermannia - In China Pian Zhi Lan

Found in Yunnan province of China and Vietnam in forests on trees at elevations of 300 to 800 meters as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing with basal, oblong-lanceolate, unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the winter on basal, pendulous, .2 to .5" [.5 to 1.2 cm] long, slightly flattened, successively 3 to 6 flowered inflorescence.
