Common Name The Mixed Brachycorythis

Flower Size to .36" [to 9 mm] long

Found in Angola and Zambia and Tanzania in seasonally wet open upland grasslands at elevations around 1400 meters as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with a thick, cylindrical tubers giving rise to long, acute leaves, stem leaves, bracts, ovary and sepals covered with fine hairs that blooms in the late spring on an erect, to 20" [50 cm] long, densely very many flowered inflorescence with shorter than the flowers floral bracts and carrying resupinate flowers.
