Found in Kalimantan Borneo without elevational data as a small sized epiphyte with a laterally compressed stem enveloped entirely by imbricating sheaths the basal part with 2 to 3 leafless sheaths, leaf bearing above, each carrying many stiff, hard-coriaceous, the upper 2 around the inflorescence shorter, linear-lanceolate to linear, laterally flattened, straight to slightly curved, 28 to 33 nerved per side leaves that blooms in the spring on a terminal, unbranched, to .88" [to 2.2 cm] long, to 7 flowered inflorescence with hard, thick, keeled along the top floral bracts and carrying small flowers arising from the imbricating floral bracts with ocher yellow, fleshy sepals, creamy yellow petals, the lip is creamy yellow colored with finely bright red nerved lateral lobes changing to rows of dots towards the back of the lip, the claw of the epipchile has red dots, the callus bright yellow with white margins, a cream colored cdolumn with reddish violet spots in front and a cream colored anther.
