Common Name The Long Leaved Bromheadia

Found in Sabah and Brunei Borneo in diterocarp forests at elevations around 600 to 1500 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing, slender epiphyte with a laterally compressed stem enveloped entirely by imbricating sheaths the basal part with 2 to 3 leafless sheaths, leaf bearing above, each carrying many stiff to rather flexible, hard-coriaceous, the upper 2 around the inflorescence very long, linear, laterally flattened, straight to curved, 13 to 20 nerved per side leaves that blooms on a terminal, unbranched to 2 branched, to .6" [to 1.5cm] long, to 14 flowered inflorescence with hard, thick, keeled along the top floral bracts and carrying small flowers arising from the imbricating floral bracts.
