Found in Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo around 1600 meters as a small sized, cool to warm growing epiphyte with a rhizome enveloped by dry sheaths and .6" [1.5 cm] in between each grooved, conical pseduobulb carrying a single, apical, linear, acute leaf that blooms with up to 6, basal, 1 3/5" [4 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
