Found in Gabon in primary forests at elevations around 570 meters as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with .4" [1 cm] between each, orbicular to ovoid, distinctly flattened, sharply 2 angled pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, lanceolate, obtuse, hardly emarginate, slightly obique, midrib slightly prominent abaxially, gradually narrowing below into the shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the winter on a basal, sinuous, glabrous, erect, terete, to 38" [95 cm] long, successively few to 45 flowered inflorescence with 11, tubular, acute to obtuse bracts and recurved, hardly concave, lanceolate, acute to slightly acuminate floral bracts.
