Found in Thailand at elevations around 1950 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with close set, dark, globular pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, ovate, acute, sessile leaf that blooms on a basal, peduncle .4" [1 cm] long, rachis .4" [1 cm] long, 6 to 8 flowered inflorescence with floral bracts that are much longer than the pedicel and ovary.
