Found in Australian Capital Territory on slopes in open forests among shrubs and herbs at elevations of 600 to 700 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 3.2 to 5.6" [8 to 14 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
