Found in South Australia on sheltered slopes among shrubs in relict forests at elevations around 300 to 450 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a narrow, linear, pubescent, obtuse leaf that blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, 12 to 24" [30 to 60 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
