Common Name The Golden Caladenia - The Golden Bayonets Spider Orchid

Flower Size 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm]

Found in South Australia in small gullies under wattles and shrubs on rocky outcrops at elevations of 300 to 420 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the later winter and early spring on an erect, 4 to 8" [10 to 20 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
