Common Name Bussell's Caladenia - Bussell's Spider Orchid

Flower Size 1.6 to 3.2" [4 to 8 cm]

Found in southwest Western Australia in winter wet swamps and depressions at elevations around 10 to 50 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf and blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 8 to 12" [20 to 30 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence.
