Common Name The Grand Caladenia - The Cape Mustard Orchid
Flower Size 2.4 to 2.8" [6 to 7 cm]
Found in southwest Western Australia at elevations of 20 to 300 meters in shrubs in open areas of Wandoo woodlands as a small to medium szied, cold growing terrestrial with a single, pilose, narrowly linear leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 6 to 14" [15 to 35 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
