Common Name Carr's Calanthe [English Plantation Manager and Amatuer Botanist 1900's]

Found in Pahang state of penninsular Malayasia at elevations around 1000 to 1200 meters as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with small, wavy margin, shortly petiolate base leaves that blooms on an erect, to 10" [25 cm] long, rachis to 3.4" [9 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence with deciduous floral bracts and carrying white flowers.
