Common Name Chapman's Caladenia - Chapman's Spider Orchid

Flower Size 2.4 to 4.8" [6 to 12cm]

Found in Western Australia in wandoo woodlands and she-oak thickets at elevations of 30 to 350 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 8 to 18" [20 to 45 cm] long, 1 to 4 flowered inflorescence.
