Common Name Clark's Caladenia - The Pink Caps Orchid

Flower Size .8 [2 cm]

Found in New South Wales and Victoria, Australia in open forest with a sparse or heathy understory at elevations of 100 to 800 meters as a miniature to just small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, thin, linear, slightly pilose leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 2 to 6" [5 to 15 cm] long, 1 to 4 flowered inflorescence.
