Common Name The One Colored Caladenia - The Crimson Spider Orchid
Flower Size 2 to 2.8" [5 to 7 cm]
Found in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia on ridges and slopes among grass and shrubs at elevations around 50 to 300 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a narrow, linear, pubescent, obtuse leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 6 to 10" [15 to 25 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
