Flower Size 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm]
Found in Western Australia at elevations of 50 to 200 meters in shrubby forests and woodlands as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with a single leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 8 to 16" [20 to 40 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence.
