Common Name The Rust Red Caladenia - The Rusty Spider Orchid

Flower Size 1.6 to 2.4" [4 to 6 cm]

Found in Western Australia at elevations of 50 to 250 meters in forests, swampy areas and winter-wet flats as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with a single, leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 8 to 24" [20 to 60 cm] long, 1 to 5 flowered inflorescence.
