Common Name The Grass-Like Leaved Caladenia - The Grass-Leaved Spider Orchid
Flower Size 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm]
Found in southwest Western Australia in deep sand under mallee among shrubs at elevations of 5 to 200 meters as a small to just medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 6 to 14" [15 to 35 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
