Common Name Hillman's Caladenia - The Purple Heart Fingers Orchid

Flower Size .8 to 1" [2 to 2.5 cm]

Found in New South Wales in coastal forests among low shrubs at elevations of sealevel to 200 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 6 to 10" [15 to 25 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
