Common Name The Large Column Caladenia - The Leaping Orchid
Flower Size 1.2 to 2.4" [3 to 6 cm]
Found in southwestern Western Australia in in coastal shub and forests at elevations around 100 to 200 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the later winter and spring on an erect, 6 to 10" [15 to 25 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence.
