Found in southwestern Western Australia in coastal forests at elevations of 5 to 50 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single leaf that blooms in the winter on an erect, 6 to 12" [15 to 30 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence carrying foul scented flowers
