Common Name The Eastern Caladenia - The Eastern Spider Orchid

Flower Size 2.8 to 4" [7 to 10 cm]

Found in Victoria in heathlands and heathy forests at elevations around 10 to 50 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a narrow, linear, pubescent, obtuse leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 4 to 8" [10 to 20 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
